Change of Name
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc (formerly The Throgmorton Trust PLC)
Further to the announcement made on 25 September 2013, the Company announces
that the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the
Registrar of Companies on 29 November 2013. The name of the Company has been
changed to BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc.
The Company's ISIN, GB000891055 and TIDM code (ticker), "THRG" will remain
unchanged.
New share certificates in the name of BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc will not
be issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form.
Shareholders should therefore retain their existing share certificates which
will continue to be valid.
