Conversion of Subscription Shares
The Board of The Throgmorton Trust PLC announces that subject to listing, it
today issued 11,400 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights
by holders of subscription shares. The ordinary shares will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares.
It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings
in the ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00
a.m. on 9 August 2010.
Following admission, there will be 58,367,192 ordinary shares (excluding shares
held in treasury) and 14,763,134 subscription shares in issue. 7,400,000
ordinary shares will remain in treasury.
