Change in Directorate
The Throgmorton Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Jean Matterson as an additional non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 10 July 2012. Ms Matterson will also serve as a member
of the Company's Audit, Management Engagement and Nomination Committees.
Jean has had a career in investment management, and is the Chief Investment
Officer and a partner in Rossie House Investment Management which she joined in
1996 after spending 20 years with Steward Ivory & Co Ltd. She is also the
Chairman of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust plc and between 1997 and 2011
served on the Board of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC, where she
was a member of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director.
Ms Matterson has no interest in the ordinary shares of the Company at the
present time.
There are no further details or disclosures required under Section 9.6.13R
(1 - 6) of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
