The Throgmorton Trust PLC & T.T. Finance PLC
DELISTING OF DEBENTURE STOCKS
On 26 August 2008, The Throgmorton Trust PLC ("Throgmorton" or the "Company")
announced the approval of early repurchase of its £19,118,645 12 5/16 per cent
Debenture Stock 2010, of which £17,168,645 is outstanding (ISIN: GB0008908690)
(the "Throgmorton Stock") and the outstanding £15,000,000 11 5/16 per cent.
Guaranteed Debenture Stock 2018 (ISIN: GB0008699992) (the "T.T. Finance Stock)
of the Company's subsidiary T.T. Finance PLC.
Today, the Company announces that an application has been made to the FSA and
London Stock Exchange to remove the Throgmorton Stock and the T.T. Finance
Stock from the Official List and delist them from the London Stock Exchange.
Delisting is expected to become effective on 4 September 2008.
