Interest Payments

The narrative on the recently issued interest payments on the Trust's 12.3125%
Debenture Stock 2010 and 7.25% Cumulative Unsecured Loan Stock 2003 and the
11.3125% Debenture Stock 2018 of T.T. Finance PLC referred to the period
covered as being the half year to 30 May 2003. This announcement is to clarify
that the interest payments, whilst paid on 30 May 2003, a Friday, were in
respect of the half year to 31 May 2003, and were correctly calculated on that
basis.
