THE THROGMORTON TRUST PLC

The unaudited net asset value for The Throgmorton Trust PLC tender pool at
close of business on 17 October 2008 was 63.92p per Exit Share after deduction
of the interim payment of 47p per Exit Share which was paid on 30 September
2008.
