Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 25 September 2013, the Board of The Throgmorton
Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that a circular (the "Circular") containing
details of the proposed amendment to the investment objective and policy has
been posted to Shareholders, along with the Forms of Proxy and Direction for
use at the General Meeting to be held at 12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL
at 12.30 p.m. on 27 November 2013 (the "General Meeting").

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/nsm
