Annual General Meeting
The board of The Throgmorton Trust PLC announces that the resolutions set out
in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 27 February 2007 were all passed
at the meeting held today, including special resolutions authorising the
Company to allot securities and to make market purchases of its Ordinary
Shares.
The board of Throgmorton Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment, with
effect from today, of two new non-executive directors to the board of the
Company, Simon Beart and Lord Latymer: see also the separate announcement of
today's date on directorate changes.
As advised in the preliminary announcement of the Company's final results for
the year ended 30 November 2006, Lord Stewartby has retired as a director of
the Company with effect from today's date.
