Annual General Meeting

The board of The Throgmorton Trust PLC announces that the resolutions set out
in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 18 February 2008 were all passed
at the meeting held today, including special resolutions authorising the
Company to allot securities and to make market purchases of its Ordinary
Shares.
