Statement re Cancellation of Subscription Shares

                      Cancellation of Subscription Shares                      

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 September 2011 reminding
holders of Subscription Shares of the final exercise date of 31 October 2011
(28 October 2011 being the last date on which Subscription Shareholders could
subscribe for Ordinary shares in the Company), the Company announces that an
application will be made to the UK Listing Authority for the Subscription
Shares in the Company, to be cancelled from the Official List and trading on
The London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 am on 31 October 2011.
