Withdrawal of Requisition

The Company refers to its announcement on 8 February 2005 that it had received
a requisition for an ordinary resolution to be proposed at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company ('AGM') to require the Company to implement a tender
offer. The Company announces that it has today received a letter dated 1 March
2005 from the requisitionist, BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited, withdrawing the
requisition contained in its letter dated 4 February 2005 and confirming that
it does not require the ordinary resolution set out in its letter to be
proposed at the AGM. The resolution will therefore not be proposed at the AGM.
