business on 17 February 2020 were:

410.06p  Capital only (undiluted)
421.48p  Including current year income (undiluted)

Notes:

1.        Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends payable
deducted on the ex-dividend date.

2.        Following the buyback of 82,054 ordinary shares on 17th February
2020, the Company has 174,327,197 ordinary shares in issue, excluding
18,684,645 which are held in treasury.

3.        For the latest daily net asset value, previous month end performance
