Securities who hold the shares in the name of Roy Nominees Ltd.   Overseas              
Asset Management (Cayman) Ltd. has discretion to vote these shares pursuant to          
discretionary investment management agreements with its clients.  The shares            
are held as follows: Indirect - State Street Nominees Ltd - 1,475,000;
