Aberforth notifies voting rights of 5.04%

Aberforth Partners LLP notified the company on 14 August that as of 13 August
2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,456,765 shares in the capital of the
company which represents 5.04% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at
