Aegon voting rights total 3.17%

Aegon Asset Management UK plc (on behalf of itself and the Aegon UK Group of
Companies) notified the Company on 4 September 2009 that, as at 3 September
2009, it now held 5,957,472 shares of Bodycote plc which represents 3.17% of
the voting rights in the capital of the Company.
