Artemis voting rights at 5.12%

Artemis Investment Management Limited notified the company on 31 March that as
of 27 March 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,589,915 shares in the
capital of the company which represents 5.12% of the total voting rights in
Bodycote plc as at that date (previously 4.8% on 3 March 2009).
