Artemis voting rights total 4.8%

Artemis Investment Management Limited notified the company on 5 March that as
of 3 March 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,000,000 shares in the
capital of the company which represents 4.8% of the total voting rights in
Bodycote plc as at that date.
