Atlantic reduce stake below 3%

Atlantic Investment Management Inc. of New York notified the company on 1 May
2008 that as at 1 May it held 2.99% of the voting rights in the capital of
Bodycote plc and that consequently it no longer held a notifiable interest in
the company on that date.
