In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company advises
that it has been notified on 7 December 2013 that Eva Lindqvist, Non-Executive
Director, resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Blekinge Institute of
Technology today and was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Micronic
Mydata AB with effect from 6 December 2013.
