Deutsche Bank confirm less than 3% interest

In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche
Bank AG of Frankfurt notified the company on 18 January 2008 that as at 16
January 2008 it held voting rights in respect of less than 3% of the issued
share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day (3.68% on 19 December
2007).
