Deutsche Bank disclose 3.04% stake

In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche
Bank AG of Franfurt notified the company on 11 April 2007 that as at 4 April
2007 it held voting rights in respect of 9,812,650 shares representing 3.04% of
the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day.
