Deutsche Bank hold less than 3%

In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche
Bank AG of Frankfurt notified the company on 25 April 2007 that as at 20 April
2007 it held voting rights in respect of less than 3% of the issued share
capital of Bodycote International plc on that day (3.04% on 4 April 2007).
