Dimensional notifies 3% material interest

Dimensional Fund Advisors Inc. of Santa Monica, California notified the company
after close of business on 3 May 2006 that it had increased its material
interest to a holding of 9,664,732 shares in the company representing 3.0% of
the share capital of the company.
