Exercise of Options

 

On 23 May 2013, the Company was notified that on 23 May 2013 the following
 Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities `PDMR', had exercised share
options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), under the  2010 Co-Investment Plan at an exercise price of £5.44 per
share.
