On 21 November, the Company was notified that, F Biles, the wife of J Biles a
director and PDMR of the Company, acquired 245 ordinary shares of 17 3/11p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Capita Dividend Reinvestment Plan
at a price of GBP3.787 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, J Bile's interest in the Company increased to
23,798 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share
capital.
