Sale of Shares

 

On 26 November 2012, the Company was notified that T Glende, a PDMR, had sold
7,332 share of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a share
price of GBP3.948.

Following this transaction, T Glende's interest reduced to 117,924
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
