Bodycote plc (the `Company') announces that on 29 July 2013 it was notified
that the following Director and  Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the  2010 Co-Investment Plan at an
exercise price of £6.00 per share.
