Exercise of Options
On 22 March 2013, the Company was notified that on 21 March 2013 Guy
Prunel, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(`PDMR'), had exercised share options over 16,042 ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p
each in the Company (`Ordinary Shares'), under the 2003 share option scheme
(`options') at an exercise price of GBP 1.4727 per share.
On 22 March 2013, the Company was also notified that on 21 March 2013 G Prunel,
a `PDMR', had exercised share options over Ordinary Shares under the 2009
Bodycote Investment Plan (`BIP') at an exercise price of £5.4416 per share.
This is an exercise of the remaining award under the 2009 Bodycote Investment
Plan.
