Exercise of Options

 

Today the Company was notified that on 19 March 2014 the following  Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities `PDMR', had exercised share
options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), under the 2011 Bodycote Investment Plan at an exercise price of £
7.875 per share.
