                             Exercise of Options

On 9 December 2014, the Company was notified that on 8 December 2014 the
following Director and  Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the  2011 Co-Investment Plan at an
exercise price of £6.4075 per share.
