Mr John Hubbard, Chief Executive, sold 175,897 nil-paid rights today at 28p
each in order to acquire 49,103 fully paid shares at £1 each in the rights
offering announced on 9 March 2004.
Following the acceptance date on 31 March 2004 Mr Hubbard's interests will then
total 949,103 shares fully paid shares and 270,172 share options exercisable
between 3 December 2000 and 15 September 2013 at prices between 134.5p and 396p
(stated in each case before rights issue adjustments).
Hill Samuel Offshore Trust Company Limited, as trustee of the Bodycote
International Employee Benefit Trust, in which all executive directors and
employees are potentially interested, sold 78,177 nil-paid rights today at 28p
each in order to acquire 21,823 fully paid shares at £1 each in the rights
offering. As a consequence the trust will hold 421,823 shares after the
acceptance date.
