Directors' and PDMRs' share interests
The Company has been notified that the trustees of the Bodycote International
plc Employee Benefit Trust (`the Trust') have allocated 8,773 additional
ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company pursuant to the rules of the Short Term
Stock Bonus Plan for the benefit of the following directors and PDMRs. The
allocation of shares in the Trust takes into account the 2007 final dividend
paid on the ordinary share capital on 4 July 2008 and in respect of which the
Trust has waived dividend entitlement.
The additional and total number of shares now allocated to each director or
PDMR in the plan are shown in the table below:
