Franklin Resources increases interest to 6.02%

Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 3 June 2005 that it had increased its material interest to
a holding of 19,320,543 shares in the company representing 6.02% of the share
capital of the company (5.98% on 18 April 2005).
