Franklin Resources' interests now at 4.57%

Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 1 May 2006 that it had decreased its material interest to
a holding of 14,694,242 shares in the company representing 4.57% of the share
capital of the company (5.68% on 26 September 2005).
