Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 18 April 2005 that it had reduced its material interest to
a holding of 19,208,271 shares in the company representing 5.98% of the share
capital of the company (6.37% on 4 October 2004).
