Franklin Resources' stake now 3.99%

Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 17 July 2006 that it had decreased its material interest
to a holding of 12,830,800 shares in the company representing 3.99% of the
share capital of the company (4.57% on 1 May 2006).
