HSBC votings rights now 6.14%

HSBC Holdings Plc notified the company on 13 May 2008 that as of 12 May 2008 it
held voting rights in respect of 19,747,680 shares in the capital of the
company which represents 6.14% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at
that date (5.83% on 6 May 2008).
