JPMorgan Chase voting rights at 4.69%

JPMorgan Chase & Co notified the company after close of business on 18 February
that as of 16 February 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 8,788,617
shares in the capital of the company which represents 4.69% of the total voting
rights in Bodycote plc as at that date.
