JPMorgan voting rights at 5.17%

JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. notified the company on 2 March that as
of 27 February 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,685,828 shares in the
capital of the company which represents 5.17% of the total voting rights in
Bodycote plc as at that date (4.69% on 16 February 2009 for JPMorgan Chase &
Co).
