Lloyds' voting rights now at 4.99%

Lloyds Banking Group plc notified the company on 4 June that as of 3 June 2009
it held voting rights in respect of 9,349,875 shares in the capital of the
company which represents 4.99% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at
that date (5.72% on 6 February 2009).
