Bodycote announces that Mr Gerry Higgins (PDMR in respect of Bodycote Testing)
exercised 12,834 share options at 231.42p and 16,042 share options at 203.37p
today and sold 28,876 shares at 274p on the same day.

Following the sale Mr Higgins' share interests comprise 23,655 shares
registered as follows:
