Jan Elwart, PDMR for Central Europe Thermal Processing, notified the company
today that on 25 June he exercised 9,542 options granted in September 2002 at
125.76p per share and, apart from 1,500 shares transferred for nil
consideration to members of his family, he has retained the balance of 8,042
shares.
After the share option exercise and share transfer notified above, Mr Elwart's
share interests will be as follows:
