Remuneration & audit committee changes

At its regular monthly board meeting on 22 November 2004 the board accepted the
recommendations of the nomination committee in respect of the following.  James
Wallace is re-appointed as Company Chairman for a further term of 3 years from
1 January 2005.  With effect from 22 November 2004 he will step down as a
member of the audit and remuneration committees, and Hans Vogelsang
(independent non-executive director appointed 2002) will replace him as
chairman of the remuneration committee.
