RETURN OF CASH TO SHAREHOLDERS - SETTLEMENT OF FINAL REDEMPTION
8 April 2009
Bodycote PLC wishes to provide an update in respect of the Retention of Cash,
details of which were set out in the Circular to Shareholders published on 21
November 2008 ("the Circular") and which was approved by Shareholders on 8
December 2008. The Company completed the Final Redemption (as defined in the
Circular) on 6 April 2009.
It is expected that Shareholders who have chosen the above alternative for some
or all of their B Shares will have their cheques despatched or CREST accounts
credited (as appropriate) on 9 April 2009.
