Share option exercise by PDMR

Jan Elwart, PDMR for Central Europe Thermal Processing, notified the company
today that on 30 September 2008 he exercised 33,623 options granted in
September 2003 at 147.27p per share and has retained all such shares.

After the share option exercise notified above, Mr Elwart's share interests
