Sprucegrove notify 6.47% stake

In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive (section
5.8.3) Sprucegrove Investment Management Limited of Toronto notified the
company on 16 March 2007 that as at 16 March 2007 it held voting rights in
respect of 20,,853,711 shares representing 6.47% of the issued share capital of
Bodycote International plc on that day.
