Sprucegrove Investment Management Limited of Toronto notified the company on 6
November 2009 that as of 5 November 2009 it held less than 5% of the voting
rights in the capital of the company (previously 6.44%) and that, accordingly,
it no longer holds a notifiable interest in the voting rights of the company
