Standard Life notify voting rights of 13.99%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 15 February 2011 that
as at 14 February 2011 it held voting rights in respect of 26,580,513 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 13.99% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 14.03% on 10 December 2010).
