Standard Life notify voting rights of 14.026%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 18 March 2011 that as
at 17 March 2011 it held voting rights in respect of 26,642,076 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 14.026% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 13.99% on 15 February 2011)
