Standard Life voting rights now 10.96%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 15 October 2010 that
as at 14 October 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 20,796,270 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 10.96% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 11.02% on 7 October 2010).
